What I think of life

Sometimes I think life its a dream, but when I think about it I wonder if I can change the dream. Out of all the violence and probelms of the world, you would of thought of changing it for better but it will never change, sometimes it like a nightmare we can not awake from. When I think of the world I wish we didn't have wars, nuclears weapons or killers and it was simple, Most times I wonder why we have wars can't we share land, money, food.

poetry

A few months ago we were learning poetry in school and we had to make up are own poems, I was working with a friend but we couldn't think of what to write and it was really hard but when we thought of one it was really bad. when I got home, I can't remember why but I got an art book and started to read about different pieces of art, then i came across a art work that was done by Samuel Palmer called "In a shoreham garden" and i really wanted to do a poem about it and this is what it came out like:

"I wish I looked young and radiant

as this blossom tree

The twisted, knotted blossom tree

Summer it comes

Winter it goes

I want to be free as the blossom tree.

Spread my beauty all around

I want to be admired as the blossom tree

I want to feel the simplicity of the winter ice

and the warm breath of summer sun

to beckon my bloom.

I want to feel the world like the blossom tree.

Watch the world age around me

I want to be the blossom tree

I wish I was the blossom tree."

early mornings

I really hate get up early in the morning, I hate it more when you gone to sleep at 11.30pm around then wake up around 1.20am and you r'e still awake, thats what happen today. I'm posting this at 3.52am, I'm still awake. Last night it was snowing and I hope I don't have any school today so my friends can come round, YAY FRIENDS!!!! I have to do a 3 minute presentation and i have to get it done by 7:00am so i really hope we don't have school today.

Who am I?

Hi, I am Alanis Amber and this is my first blog. I am sorry for any wrong spelling mistakes and if you don't understand anything I write I apologize. I have 2 dogs - one of which is a border collie, the other an English Toy Terrier. I have a very old albino ferret, her name is Bo - we named her this as  we got her from Bowood . We have 2 cats, the mum is a long haired silver tabby and the younger one is a smokey grey cat, but he has no hip sockets so he has some walking difficulties, but gets along fine as he has had the minor problem his whole life. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother, and I like northwest american art, and have recently enjoyed watching the new Sherlock Homes series.
